BIMSHIRE is led by Joel Harper. has been a construction professional since the age of 16. Joel has over 20 years of experience and has managed several complex projects for real estate investors throughout the state.
He specializes in multifamily housing renovation and commercial new development with a knack for providing timely advice to his clients on affordable design ideas that can be implemented quickly. Developers regularly consult with him when they are seeking to repurpose existing properties to maximize value.
Joel holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (CSL) and is responsible for making sure that all work is done in accordance with the project specifications and the local building codes. He works directly with clients, designers, and construction crews to ensure great communication and impressive quality on every job.
